Waste collection & clearance in London

Planning a collection in London

A few things that help us quote.

1. 01

   Parking and loading

Much of London has controlled parking zones, red routes and loading restrictions. Tell us where a van can stop — a driveway, a loading bay, a side road — and whether a permit or suspension is needed.

2. 02

   Flats, stairs and lifts

Let us know which floor the waste is on, whether there's a lift (and if bulky items fit in it), and how far it is from the door to where the van can park.

3. 03

   Managed buildings and estates

Some buildings need notice, have set loading times, or require using a service lift or concierge. Mention any building rules or entry codes in your access notes.

4. 04

   No skip on the street

A van collection means nothing is left sitting outside for days — useful on busy streets, and where there's no room for a skip.

Outside London? Send your request anyway — we'll tell you if we can help.
